Buying or Renting a Location: You have so many things to worry about when you have a traditional brick and mortar business. First will start with either you having to buy a location or rent one for your business. If you do not have the money you will have to get a loan. So already you are going into so much overhead that you have to deal with and having to count on people in your local area only and so much competition if you try to target other areas. Inventory & Employees: Now you need to worry about your inventory and employees. You have to make sure your inventory is always full. So there is more overhead you got and more debt. Sometimes your employees might steal from you or just take a bit without you knowing. You have to pay your employees and make sure they are always doing the right thing.
